Deadlift 10-10-5-5-3-3
“The Chief”
AMRAP in 3 Minutes:
3 Power Cleans (135#/95#)
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats
Rest 1 Minute: Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

    This video is so awesome for showing great technique in Oly Lifting. The lift takes about 10 seconds but the slow motion is about 2 minutes long. Notice how his arms stay straight during the entire upward movement of the clean, how far around he gets his elbows when he recieves the bar on his shoulders, and how quick the dip, drive, and push under the bar are during the jerk portion of the movement. It’s crazy watching it again in fast motion after seeing it in slow mo.

    Amazing the way the bar seems to just freeze in mid air as he moves under it on both clean and jerk…. I’d hate to see what I look like in slow mo!
