    I love working out with Becky!
    I think Tara and I worked up to 165# on the dead lift. I was 13:21 on the WOD with 3x sgls. Thanks, Tara for making that last run with me! Really kept me moving!

    Forgot what I did on DL’s, same as JJ.

    9:31 rx, burpees are not a strong point for me, but I felt like I did better today. They are very mental for me.

    We did a measily 255 mike.

    For our wod. 6:53 rx. For afternoon class guys. I’d say 615-630 would be an epic time. I broke for one rest third round. So there is the time go get it

    155# DL, 10:55 rx on the wod. that last set of DUs was miserable for me… I was exhausted, and only getting 5-10 at a time :-/

    375×5 on Deadlifts (10# PR) then worked up to 425#x1 for a new one rep max! (10#PR)

    5:29 RX (subbed 25 burpees for 400m run due to not wanting to get my new kicks or the floors dirty)
