    ahh the dreaded thruster and run combo. im actually wanting to do this after todays nonsense. Diane is the worst girl IMO. two movements i hate and suck at

    I hate thrusters but this WOD does look interesting. I’m assuming the skill pullups are weighted. Looking forward to 6pm.

    Yes the pull-ups are weighted. And I agree Diane is rough but there are worse girls.

    I love Dianne. I wish I would have felt up to it. That is one of my favorite.

    I dread anything with running! Shoulders are pretty shredded from Sat mon and yesterday so thrusters should be fun too. Oh well. Gotta do it. Gonna do the lunch class to enjoy the weather…since I’ll be outside for such a long time running!

    I agree with Greg! I just went down in bands every time. Got to red/purple for my last 3!!! I did have to switch from dead to kip at the first set of 3, though.
    17:59 with 40#. Still babying the knee a little but never hurt it and tried to get low.
    Starting to feel it a little in the back side!

    not sure how heavy i got on pullups. i think 35# for 5 Kips… 25# for 3 dead hangs

    16:20 65 # Thrusters….Headwind was a lot of fun, kind of like an uphill run to the tracks….Painful

    15:16 RX other then the pull ups with red band. On the 2nd and 3rd run I was thinking maybe I shouldn’t have run 3 miles earlier!! But what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger!!!
