7 Cleans (full squat) @ 85% of above
14 Bar Facing Burpees
Run 200m

 
*Rest 1 minute between rounds.

    I almost quit this morning- but finished thanks to encouragement from Jeremy and motivation from Sheree. This is why CF is so great- you are pushed beyond your comfort to do things you never would on your own! Thanks everyone- couches and fellow crossfit members!

    Great job Lucy. I was glad to see you finish. It sure does feel a lot better knowing you completed something that difficult. It is a great feeling of accomplishment. That was a tough one.

    See? I KNEW I had a purpose! Glad you went back to it, Lucy. You would have been mad at yourself all day if you hadn’t.
    I think my time was 22:something but y’all know me. I just want to FINISH!

    215 PC+PJ… I have to squat clean and split jerk to get any heavier, I think that was close to a PR for push jerk

    That’s the first class I’ve ever gone to where only ladies showed up. I need to work on suckin’ in the gut for the photos though. Still too fat, but I’m working on it.
