1×4 @ 85%

Rest 2 minutes between each set

 

5 Rounds for total reps:

1 minute Max Effort Overhead Squats (95/65)

Rest 30 seconds

1 minute Max Effort Ring Dips

Rest 30 seconds

    Bad news: I don’t seem to be squatting as heavy as I usually do.

    Good news: When I complained about it, Neal said i was squatting LOWER than I had been. I’ll take it!

    Just used a 15# bar for ohs and got 87. Red band on dips and got 69.

    My legs are still mad about Tuesdays squats.. Lets see how they feel after today.

    335# last set. 75 ohs I think. 86 dips.. muscle up rings. Ohs not my best but getting much better.

    93 dips w/red.
