    Roosters let me hear ya doodle doo… We killed it this morning!!! Well they killed it… I was dead last today my mind and my body were not in sync. First two rounds with 50#… then dropped to 45#… subbed sit ups with 10# med ball for toes to bar…

    Jay, I disagree. You did a very heavy hard workout in the heat. I did that weight because I saw the pain in your face and chickened out.

    I believe they are just yoga mats cut up.
    Personally I love my leather work gloves. They work great for pull ups, bars, DB, and KB.

    agreed with the mats….enough is enough on the hands. 9 ssomething on wod 1 rx and 7 and somehthing on wod 2 rx

    Yeah the mats really helped with the toes to bar. 8:57rx and 9(plus or minus 5 seconds) on 2rx. I didn’t like this one, it was painful. I did get 185# max clean(5# PR) though which makes up for it

    Did 68 lbs, knees to elbows on some & knees to chest on some.cashed out with 30 33#OH squats. Then went and jogged 5miles with some friends 🙂
