Congrats to Coach Stefan for completing his first marathon on Saturday! He decided to run a few days before the race and finished in 4.5 hours even though he had zero training for the event (besides CrossFit). Just shows that this stuff works; and that Stefan is some sort of super-human.

    well good news about sucking so bad and all this talk about diet has made me want to actually stick with mine…lets pray this works. day 1 was a success. bad thing is, is that i have a lot of day 1’s :[
