WOD 5/30/12

15 minutes to establish a 1RM Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean.

 

Power clean must be caught above parallel in the squat, the hang squat clean must pass below parallel in the squat. The bar cannot touch the ground when transitioning from power clean to hang clean

 
4 rounds for total working time of:

15 Push Press @ 95/65#
30 Ab-Mat Situps
15 OHS @ 95/65#

*Rest 2:00 minutes between rounds.

    14:04 sub ohs for hang clean
    Felt good doing a somewhat similar wod as the class and competing again. Fun as well going at it with Jason and Erica

    Did the barbell work unbroken. Could have transitioned a little faster. That was a good WOD for me.

    225 but I think my power clean was pretty much a squat. Definitely a squat from the hang position.

    135#. Then, 16:43 RX @ 95 #. Need to widen my grip on OHS, but still a good workout. Just glad I was able to make it to the box today.
