Squat Snatch – 15 minute skill work. Try to complete at least 5 heavy singles

 

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

5 Deadlift (225/155)

10 Wall Ball (20/14)

20 Double Unders

 

The CrossFit Open begins in 10 days. We will be doing the workout together on the evening of March 9. Are you ready?

    So WHO did the RX # of double unders in a WOD for the FIRST TIME today? Me! Me! Me! Almost choked when I asked Kara how many I should do and she said “20.” Thanks for the push, Coach. I only got 4 rounds and into 4 double unders of the 5th, but I’m not complaining. (135 for the deadlifts.)

    Just spent the time working on squat snatch with 35#. I can do about 55# separately, but catching that bar in a squat throws me off balance. Next time, I’ll do 40#.
