    When the WoD is that short, it always looks deceivingly easy.

    Neal, the rowing time trial is separate from the 10 min limit, right?

    The deadlifts from yesterday used some muscles in my back I don’t usually tap into. So I am going to take extra caution until it’s not sore anymore.

    I couldn’t make it today ayway… Neal, are we having an open gym again this Sunday?
