Turkish Get-Ups – Complete 10 reps on each arm – Warm up for the first few then add difficulty.

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

10 Jumping Lunges per leg

10 Wall Ball (20/14)

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

10 Russian Twits w med ball (20/14)

10 Sit-ups

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

5 Deadhang Pull-Ups

5 Push Press (115/75)

 

Rest 3 minutes between each workout
