WOD 7/30/13

Turkish Get-Ups – Complete 10 reps on each arm – Warm up for the first few then add difficulty.

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

10 Jumping Lunges per leg

10 Wall Ball (20/14)

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

10 Russian Twits w med ball (20/14)

10 Sit-ups

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

5 Deadhang Pull-Ups

5 Push Press (115/75)

 

Rest 3 minutes between each workout

    Used a 70# KB, a 75# barbell, and a 30# med ball on the last sets of TGU. I was kinda losing it with the medicine ball on the way down.

    3 Rounds + 5 lunges (30# med ball)

    5 Rounds + a few russian twists RX

    5 Rounds RX

    Got up to a 55# TGU. Tried 60 but failed!!

    3 rds + 5 lunges per leg
    4 rds + 5 sit ups
    3 rds + 3 pp

    3 rounds push press/ dead hang RX. 1 rd muscle up/ push press

    3 rounds jumping lunges / wall ball RX
