You must get hips below knees on each rep of the clean.

Our Paleo Challenge has finally come to an end. E-mail Neal your after photos, your current weight, and your new waist size. All emails must be received by Thursday. Winners will be announced Friday.

We will be closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday for Labor Day weekend. The Monday night on-ramp will still happen at 8pm.

    8:30 with 95#. Used side of a weight bench for dips. Can’t make it to the box this evening so I did the WOD in the weight room at the high school where I teach.
