Gober Going For A Max Ring Hold

 WOD 2/22/12

3 Rounds:

10 Deadlift (225/155)

10 Burpees

3 Rounds:

10 Overhead Squats (95/65)

200m Run

3 Rounds:

10 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

30 Double Unders

 

No rest between the three WODs.

 

Starting February 27 we will be moving the Noon class to 11:30am. Also, there is a box in the middle room labeled “Free Stuff” with misc sweaters, shirts, flip flops. Go through it and take your things. All the items will be donated to goodwill at the end of next week.

    This one WAS a LOT of fun. I really like those with a lot of different movements. I got 18:36 with light weight because of a hurt knee. There were some pretty fast ones in the class!
    AND you must add in the 55 birthday burpees the class had to do! Thank-you, Rooster Crew for helping me celebrate in style! check facebook for pictures.

    Pretty disappointed in my time but then i remembered i suck at burpees, i can’t run for crap and i don’t have my double unders.

    Made 18:45 not hurt so bad. Lol

    18:45 205#dl, 75#ohs, 3x singles.
