5 Rounds:

Each Round is a 3 minute AMRAP of

3 Cleans (135/95)

6 Push-Ups

9 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute between each round

    I surprised myself by getting 3 rounds each time! Thanks Serennah for the push!
    15 rounds, 65# (went low b/c I was afraid I’d get tired…should have gone heavier) purple band push-ups.

    Still feeling the week off….. 16 rounds total, 75# and a red band on pushups! Maybe by next week i will be good and warmed up! 🙂

    #115. 17rds. Bigs ups to Telford and John in the 5 o’clock. Way to push though the last rounds.

    i agree, round 4 is the make or break you round. In my case, break. 6-5-4-3-4
    Should have pushed to get 4 in the 4th round.
