WOD 7/24/12

12 Minutes to Establish a 1RM 2-Position Snatch (hang + full). Drop the bar after the hang snatch but immediately get set up for the full snatch. You can either power snatch or squat snatch.

3 rounds for time of:

50 Lateral Jumps, 12″
20 DB OH Walking Lunges, Right Arm
10 Alternating DB Snatches
20 DB OH Walking Lunges, Left Arm

Notes: Dumbbell load should be heaviest possible.

    16:02 55# snatch, 35# OHL. One less little rest and the time would have been better. Got 115# on the skill work. 10# PR from yesterday.

    98# hang snatch, failed power snatch at that weight. 93# on the power snatch. Not a pr.

    15:07 on the wod. 12″ hops/25# db for lunges/40# db for snatches.

    Thanks to all the guys who hogged up the 35# dumbells leaving me to wrestle with a 40# one.
