Hey Guys, the first open workout we’re doing is Friday, March 8. On the blog yesterday I wrote march 9. It’s Friday not Saturday. My apologies for any confusion.

    Oh yeah, CRUSH TODAYS WORKOUT!

Got each set of squat cleans unbroken/tap-n-go, but the push-ups are my biggest challenge. Def something to keep pushing myself on!
