For time:
95/65lbs on the bar.
20 Thrusters
20 Cleans
20 Push Press
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats

 

You must complete 4 burpees every minute on the minute before returning to your barbell.

 

We will only have the 5am, 6am, and 11:30am class today. The gym will also be open from 8:30-11:30am if anyone would like to come in and workout on their own. We will be doing competition workouts starting at 9am and everyone is invited to participate regardless of ability level. No classes Saturday at CFB. If you want to workout Friday evening or Saturday drop into CrossFit Mid-County or CrossFit Lumberton; check their websites for class times.

    Haha she’s not the only one. You can scale it to 3 burpees or even 2 or 1 if needed

    pretty sure i died just a little bit during that workout.
    on paper, all of those movements and weights look fairly doable in a timely fashion..
    then comes the great equalizer…BURPEES!

    This workout was just as awful as I expected it to be. 11:52, 65# for thrusters, cleans, and 5 puh press… Then down to 45# for the remainder. Working on those RX #s. One day!!

    12:47…. 65# for everything but OHS.
    gosh that workout was terrible. By the time the burpees were over I could only get a couple reps.

    Yesterday was one of my favorite days in the box! I feel like I’ve gotten a little better from the Saturday wods. I’ll be going out of town Friday afternoon, so if anyone is available for a few wods before that, it would be awesome!

    Don’t remember the time. I think it was 13 something.

    Felt like I wasn’t there mentally as much as last week but I still really enjoyed doing them! Thanks for pushing me guys!

    Grant, I don’t think I’ll be able to go Saturday either so maybe we can get the WODs from Neal and do them same time Friday morning with whoever else wants to.
