95/65lbs on the bar.
20 Thrusters
20 Cleans
20 Push Press
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats

 

You must complete 4 burpees every minute on the minute before returning to your barbell.

 

We will only have the 5am, 6am, and 11:30am class today. The gym will also be open from 8:30-11:30am if anyone would like to come in and workout on their own. We will be doing competition workouts starting at 9am and everyone is invited to participate regardless of ability level. No classes Saturday at CFB. If you want to workout Friday evening or Saturday drop into CrossFit Mid-County or CrossFit Lumberton; check their websites for class times.
