Deadlift 5 Sets of 5 starting at 70% and increasing the load each set


AMRAP in 15 minutes:

5 Hang Clean & Jerk (135/95)

5 Goblet Lunges per leg (55/35)

15 Russian Twists w med ball (20/14)

20 Double Unders


Read this article and find out a little more about why we are so adamant about dead hang pull-ups. The kipping pull-up is fun but unless you have enough strength in your shoulders to do a dead hang pull-up you could be setting yourself up for injury in the future. Kipping pull-ups have their place, but if you’re new or you can’t do an unassisted dead hang pull-up then you should be hesitant to do unassisted kipping pull-ups in a workout.
