    Man this one was tough. 12:41 with 21-18 @ 70# then 15-12-9 @ 65#. Subbed the 15-12 to ring rows to keep my calluses from bleeding again too. Still ouch

    this one was a beast and im not too proud of my time or scaling but, if it werent for that damn 6am RSVP i may have cheesed and sat this one out… happy i didnt!
