I was creepin on Spealler's facebook page.

WOD 9/24/10

“Bear Complex”
7 Sets of 3 for Max Load
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press (from front to back)
Back Squat
Push Press (from the back to front)

Rest as needed between sets. During sets you can rest the bar anywhere except the ground. Post max load to comments.

    The bar does not touch the ground for all 105 reps?

    i think rest between rounds you can put the bar down, just not during the rounds…sounds like fun, see yall at 5pm!

    Not sure on each set but started 95# and ended at 155# Great workout!

    Finished with 205 on round 8. Got one set at 225 and I called it quits. At some point, you just gotta stop.
