AMRAP in 10 minutes:

1 Squat Snatch

100m Sprint

Increase squat snatch by one rep every round

    68# on the snatch. Still babying knee.
    6 rds + 4 snatches with 40 #. Good chance to work on form a little.

    Got 93 lbs easy on squat snatch but couldn’t stand up with 98.
    Used 68 on the WOD and got 7 rds.
