If you check the website to decide whether to workout a certain day you need to reevaluate your goals. If you never work on your weaknesses you will never improve. Our program is based on constant variation so if you pick and choose your workouts you are slowing your progress. If you see a workout that looks tough you should make it a point to be there. Challenge yourself!

    i guess its a good thing when i get on to see the next days WOD and first thing that comes to my head is “that is gunna be brutal”…cuz thats what i say everyday lol but i love it.

    HA, he is your evil twin! I plan on being there as much as my body will let me on my 8 days off.

    OH, and before they go…. I know a guy who has 3 450# grassfed calfs, cut up and at the butcher… if anyone is interested in going in with me let me know. You can buy half or the whole cow… it’s 2.07 a pound and 35# kill fee. FTR it is already cut up and packaged 2.07 is the price. let me know… I’m around 😉 I can’t eat that much meat so I definitely need a few people.

    I’d be in for some grassfed beef! So it would be $500 for 225# of beef? I think if we got 8 people we could each get 28#/each and it would cost $63/person. As long as people have the freezer space for 28# I’m sure we could find 8 people. Or if two people wanted to go in as one person if they don’t want 28# all at once. Lets talk more about this. I want some high quality grub!

    OK! I have the guys number. I will be at the 7pm class. I am going to call the guy today and tell him we want it. Because they are going soooo fast! If we don’t end up with 8 people then I can buy for 2 I know my dad wants some. It will work out!
