    12:53 I shaved 45secs off my time from 12/15 AND I was doing 3x’s singles instead of 2x’s like I did in Dec. (Gotta get those DUs.)

    10:35 did double unders but cut that number in half the situps I did rx#, just excited I actually did DU’s in a WOD

    Way to go Jay and JJ. Maybe one day when bicep curls and lat raises are paired up in a WOD I will be able to do them as fast as you did this.

    98# x3…one rep max WAS 95# so I was pretty stoked about this!
    11:28 on the WOD. I wasted time trying to do 50 DUs…cut them in half after that. I’m just glad I’m able to incorporate them into WODs now.
    Alsoooo…. Shouts out to my best friend Sabrina. You KICKED ASS on this WOD!
