    Congratulations Sean and Clayton on opening your own Crossfit. I like what y’all did with the kettlebell. This looks like a tough WOD. . . I hate thrusters. Looking forward to getting back in there and starting the week off right though.

    Started to play the “I overindulged for 24 hours” card this morning, but glad I didn’t! Sean, you did a great job this morning.

    65# for the 7 snatches Not pretty, but they went up.

    Finished the round of 12 with about 4 seconds left but didn’t get to the bar for even 1 more thruster. 50# and blue/purple assisted pull-ups. (down from blue/red)

    Lol JJ, after recounting what I did last year, I made1 pull up in the round of 15s, so 26 more reps…it all makes sense now
