    Clay – As always, the workout is as hard as you make it. Doing a max effort clean every minute will be damn hard.

    I am planning on going to the competition as a spectator, and for anyone who doesn’t want to look the address for the competition is on my Facebook page.
    For the WOD: 135 low weight and 160 for high for a PR of 25 #’s.

    155 for 14 sets, 160 for 1. Tried 165, couldnt do it. 113 on the 400.
