Cinco De Combine

Join us Saturday May 5 at noon for the CrossFit Combine. We will be testing athletes in the following events:

-Max Clean & Jerk (Scored as a percentage of body weight & scored again for max weight)

-Max Vertical Jump

-Max Broad Jump

-Max 200m Sprint – one attempt

-Max Snatch (scored as a percentage of body weight & again for max weight)

-Max Double Unders in 2 minutes

-500m Row

-Max Unbroken KB Swings (70/55)

-Max Pull-Ups (kipping allowed)

 

We will be testing from 12-2:30pm. You must attempt  all events.

 

We will also be having a prize for the top male and female because Kill Cliff has decided to sponsor our event!
