Deadlift
5 rep max in 15 minutes

 

“Running Karen”
As quickly as possible:
150 Wallball

 
Anytime you drop the medicine ball or stop for more than 2 seconds, run 200m

 

We won’t be having our stretching class this Saturday at 9am but we will have our 10 and 11am classes.

We will be closed November 24&25. On Wednesday November 23 we won’t have a 6pm or 7pm class. Classes will resume normally on Saturday.

    150# for the 5 rep deadlift!
    13:53 on the wod with a 10# ball and runs at 50 and 100. Actually planned to run at those points…gave me a goal.

    Hopefully next time I can get it without a run in the middle.

    I wasn’t resting I was reviving myself! I really thought I was going to have to do a second run about wallball #100 but didn’t think I could get my legs to move that way anymore, lol!
