7 Muscle-Ups
21 Burpees with 1 Foot Jump

Sub 3 Pull-Ups and 3 Ring Dips for each Muscle-Up. Post time to comments.

Announcement: Starting next week the 6am class will only be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

    first of all today is a sad day for our box. our tall pullup bars are out of commission for a while it looks like.

    so we switched the WOD up a bit.
    we did 5rounds: 5 handstand pushups. 21 sumo deadlift high pulls. 21 burpees.

    still super tough i might add. 17:50 at 75# and 2 mats

    Not sure which WOD is harder, “Ryan” or the Handstand Push-Up, Sumo Deadlift workout.

    Maybe I need to kick it up a notch at cfb and lose some more LB’s. Or else those plyo boxes are toast!!
