We want EVERYONE to compete in the CrossFit Open this year. The first step is to get your profile set up at http://games.crossfit.com/. You can still participate with us in the Open workouts on Saturdays at 1pm if you don’t register. If you don’t plan on RX’ing the workouts then it’s unnecessary to register; but we want as many people as possible to join us on Saturdays to compete in the WODs.

    I would like to point out that my form did get better as that WOD went along. I snatch better fatigued I guess.

    Rooster crew was a 4 man wolf pack this morning. No roosters. 11:18 Rx. 2:01 burpees

    Just might have to drop in tonight for this one. Brittany, good luck with the blog. I’ve thought about doing the same thing but it seems like it would be too time consuming.

    Well I had good intentions. Poor planning on my part = no crossfit tonight.

    That was a killer on the shoulders, but I enjoyed it. Started it fully confident that I could do all pull ups unassisted, unfortunately reality set in after a few rounds and I had to go to a purple band. Started purple/purple on HSPUs, then towards the end had to go to red/purple.

    3:19 on the burpees (that was brutal too after the wod!)

    Good job Austin on killing those burpees

    Clint, come in anytime and make up the WOD. Other days we can subsitute with other movements you’re able to do.
