“Tabata This”

Tabata Row

Tabata Squat

Tabata Pull-Ups

Tabata Push-Ups

Tabata Sit-Ups

Rest 1 minute between each tabata interval. You can go in any order you like, just make sure no more than 5 people will end up on the rowers at the same time!

 

Your score for each movement is the lowest reps completed during any of the 8 rounds, except for rowing where the score will be lowest calories rowed during any of the 8 rounds.

    Thanks, Neal, for doing this! This was the first REAL wod I did a year ago. Today, my score was lower…but look at what I did differently this time.

    (9-21-10 scaling) then today’s.
    Squat (to a 20″ box: 11) 12
    Row (4) 4 Gotta work on this one still!
    Sit-ups (blue band:10) 8
    Push-ups (WALL 10) 8 on TOES in purple band
    Pull-ups (ring rows: 7) 3 blue/purple Got 7 one time!
    Score (42) 35

    Have I mentioned how CF has changed MY life?

    Oh no Sheree! I did not know air squats were scaled like that. That is what my partner was doing Saturday and i went and got her a med ball because it was softer. Did not even think about lower. My poor partner, I know it hurt. She did great though!

    33 was my score.Blue band pull ups and no box on squats 😉 I got a little aggressive on my first sets. Good workout.

    50 Rx. I’m happy with all of them except I think I could’ve got at least one more calorie per round on the rows.. stopped at 6 the first round and kicked myself just a little by the last

    Lol yes Hardy there was music!! I should’ve went WAYYYY harder on the row too, Dan. I thought it was going to be the worst part but it wasn’t at all

    definitely good music! I think we were all shaking it a little lol

    I thought the row would be the hardest too, but it wasn’t at all, got 4 calories each time which was fine with me!

    should have rx’ed this! I know I could have gotten a few pull ups each time, and it would have only dropped my # by 2 or 3 :-/ definitely next time!!

    42 RX. Hit a wall on pushups (guess I need to hit the peck deck). Disappointed in those. I’ll have a better idea on the pace I need to keep next time. This WOD was as hard as I thought it would be.

    19 squats -same as last
    8 pullups- plus 2
    6 pushups – minus 3 (ruined on my last round)
    5 row – plus 1
    13 situps- same

    i feel like picking the order last time and where i started aided me compared to today. felt like it made it a different wod with the order i used today

    We split up and I started with pull-ups. Figured that was the hardest. I recently moved down in bands but decided to do what I have moved to. Got 7 once and 5 3 times. Slid off after 3 on the 5th round and had to re-chalk. No reason to do more than 3 after that. Tried to save energy!

    48 Rx. Did 6 pullups and underestimated my strength. Should have done 8 I could have scored 50. Live and learn. Good WOD.

    Finally did this one. 7 row, 21 squats, 11 pull-ups, 10 push ups, 13 sit ups. 62 total
