We will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  On December 23 we will have no 6pm class. December 26th we will have classes at noon, 4pm (womens class), and 5pm. Classes will resume normally on December 27.

    245 lb. DL sets, 55 lb. GS and R/B pullups in 8:10. Still need to work on dead hangs. I set off to PR the 800 m run, but Kara reset the clock since it was still running from the previous workout (she didn’t realize I already started). We’ll just assume I beat Neal’s PR of 2:24. 🙂 Happy holidays to the Beaumont Crossfit family.

    Didn’t have a chance to workout today so I just did the deadlift. Got 275#, not a PR but I’m very happy about it! Definitely not bad after 5 weeks off.

    Not a PR though.
    12:50 on the wod w/ v ups instead of squats and a green band. Sucky time but I lost count on rounds around 6 or 7 so I think I may have done an extra round.
