    11:56…got 21 and 10 of 15 then had ad to drop to 75# on OHS

    JJ… you are just a bully sometimes… but good news… 9:25 (red) … tried to RX it but just couldn’t get all the pullups without complete muscle failure… oh well it was nice to go at it for the first 21 though. glad to be back on the pullup bar.
