    If you beat me again today Jay then I will have to just say good job. Just don’t set the ball down and run as hard as you can on the 200m. You can put up around 6:00 if you do that.

    i did this wod in march during my 2 week trial and i can only feel i crushed my old time today by using the same weight and not droppin it once

    6:28 RX – Wouldn’t have pushed it that hard if JJ and Jeremy hadn’t crushed it at the noon class. Props to you guys! Like JJ said, don’t put the ball down.

    i agree sorta…. today was good. ive used the 20# off and on for a while. did karen in 9 min rx. other WODS to. but last time i did a WOD with 20 it was awful and i didnt get a good workout from it so i went 14 knowing i wouldnt drop and could push for speed and quick time. less power involved i guess but still good for me today cuz of the speed element
