Cash Out: 20 Dual Kettlebell Front Squats* (55/35)

*Means one KB in each hand in the rack position. Break up the 20 reps if needed.

    Oh wow you really put that up. lol. just so everyone knows, I was cooking 100% paleo bacon and eggs. it’s what the wife requested. 🙂

    3 Rounds @ 55#, started off thinking I was going to get 4 rounds with ease finished up struggling to get 3 rounds, the farmers carry got tough. 117 double unders, 25 squats at body weight (175#)

    I didn’t get as many dus as Monday. Only 20 today and 29 Monday.
    I got 2 rounds and heard “TIME!” as I was at the end of the sidewalk comback from my 3rd round farmer’s carry. I used 30#s for both. Actually, I felt pretty good about getting 2 rounds even!

    Went to my first class today at 5:00am! Loved it! I know I didn’t get everything but I can’t wait to get back in there again tomorrow morning and start all over! I’ve been bored with my regular routine but I think I found my cure!! 🙂

    220 double unders – UNBROKEN! I’m an idiot and I stopped when the two minutes was up; I should have kept going. Doubt I’ll be able to do that again anytime soon

    61 back squats @160# Felt pretty good about myself until Stephen Gibson from CFBC dropped 64 reps @ 175#. They’re putting steriods in the water over there.

    DUs, 132 did more on Monday

    It was my day off so I didn’t get to do the wod but I think I’ll be making it up one day soon. Pretty sure I’m one of the only people that loves farmers carries!!
