    14:27 on the wod. Used 15# dbs and a 35# kb. Used blue/red for dead hangs. And thanks, Kara, for waiting outside in the COLD to run the last 100m or so and encourage me to push!

    BUT: I swung a 45# kb in the warm-up. And congrats to that beast Fara for swinging it IN the wod!

    Great wod today! 125lb snatch, 130lb wasn’t happening. 11:54rx which I’m happy with. I think I’m finally breaking my recent plateau.

    Snatch was horrible tonight. Left shoulder feels like s#%t. Couldn’t get low enough in the squat. Only cleared 93#.
    10:44 on the WOD. One day deadhangs… One day.:(

    First ever attempt at max snatch. Got 155#. Got up 165 but alot of it was press so Im not gonna count it.

    13:00 rx on the wod. I really really hate running!!!

    First workout today as a member at the 5pm class. Loved it.. but I rediscovered how uncoordinated I am on learning the snatch. 145#.

    9:05 rx on the other. DB thrusters were rough. Liked that 70 lb kb though.
