WOD 6/11/12

Back Squats: 1X5 @ 60%, 1X5 @ 70%, 2X5 @ 75% – rest 2 minutes between sets.

 
5 rounds for time of:

9 C2B Pullups
9 Ring Dips
9 Front Squats 155/105#

 

Our 4pm Womens Only class on MWF has temporarily moved to 10:30am until August; we will let you know when we move it back to 4pm.

 

We still have plenty of spots left in the Golden Triangle Games. If you’re not sure if you can handle it email me to get an idea of what to expect. It can only make you better!

    185# squat for last set and 13:07 (135# f. squat) for the wod, everything else Rx’d. I don’t know if I’m still tired from last week or if my diet is catching up to me but DAMN this workout is deceptively difficult

    215 last rep squat.

    this wod sucked! Only did 4 rds, 2 @ 135#, 2 @ 115#. heat is really starting to play a factor in my day to day. It is fricking HOT!

    12.:35 5 rds. red band both pullups and dips. RX fs weight. My entire body is feeling this WOD today.
