Hope you guys are ready for the heat

All classes will now be held at our new facility located at the corner of MLK & Laurel Ave (Just past Pancho’s Taqueria). The gym still has a few finishing touches so please bear with the adjustment during the next couple of weeks. Showers are ready to go so if you plan on using them be sure to bring a towel, soap, and anything else you may need.


WOD 6/27/11

500m Row

3Rounds:

10 Deadlift (225/155)

20 Push-Ups

Finish with 50 Air Squats

You will start the workout with the row and finish with the squats. You will only do three rounds of the deadlifts and push-ups.

    Rooster Crew was just a HenHouse today! Great wod and the place is going to be WONDERFUL! We nearly walked ourselves to death getting water, towel, etc!
    Took me 11:00 to do the wod, but I DID go up to 115# for the deadlift! Thanks, Amber.
    Big old congrats to FaraX who RXed it! (AND did an extra set of deadlifts AND still finished before me!)

    Rooster crew broke it in RIGHT! No music, no pads, no AC….and still loved it! Love the new place! That sun gonna be killer for noon workout! I LOVE MY 6am WORKOUT! Great workout ladies!

    Was rough with a hurt ankle, but pushed through with a time of 9:41 Rx 155 🙂 I LOVE CROSSFIT!!! Left my Ipod at the box though
