10 Pull-Ups

Rest

3 Rounds:

10 Cleans (95/65)

10 Push Press (95/65)

Rest

3 Rounds:

10 Goblet Squats (53/35)

10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

Complete this workout with a partner. One partner completes 3 rounds of the first workout, once they finish the second partner completes the first workout. This will allow each partner to have some rest between the three different workouts.

    I wanted to RX this wod so bad. 25 RX pullups last 5 with red band 3:40. 53 gobs/kb 4:42. 95 cleans/push press 7:28 My form was starting to go towards the end but I finished. Thank you 7 o clock for pushing me. Great workout.
