    what do the two poundages in parentheses stand for?

    The poundage in parenthesis stands for just that, the weight. In this case it is the weight of the medicine ball (mens weight/womens weight).

    115lb overhead squat.

    Karen with 6kg(13.2lbs) 7:00.

    The 6 kg was the biggest in the gym so we just threw it 10′ instead of the 9′ that it says to throw in the wall ball demonstration video on crossfit.com to try and compensate.
