400m Run
Max Distance Row

One partner rows while the other runs 400m, Do not reset the monitor. Each partner will row four times and run four times. There will be two scores – Time to completion and Distance on the rower. Post scores to comments

    Not sure about all the rowing distances. All I can think about is that 175# deadlift which is a 40# pr for me!
