    I know more people did this WOD. What was the top mile time? BTW, CFMC had over 50 comments a couple of days ago.

    Clint, agreed. We were doing good with the comments for a couple of weeks. I think 4:55 or 5:55 was the best time. I can’t remember exactly but it was quick. I also don’t remember who it was so I’m not much help. 🙂

    7:25 on the mile. I think I can do better. Did the workout RX and it frigging hurt. Only got 3 full rounds and 26 du’s on my fourth round.

    Me, JJ and Neal didn’t do this WOD. Those times will change. I’ve probably got a 5:25 or 5:30 in me right now.
