21 Overhead Squats (95#/65#)
42 Pull-Ups
15 OH Squats
30 Pull-ups
9 OH Squats
18 Pull-Ups

 

3 Sets

Sled Pull Forward from pull-up rig to bay door

Sled Pull Backward from bay door back to pull-up rig

 

Rest as needed between sets. Try to increase the load each set

    The photographer was ready….just waiting on someone to get out of restroom. But from what I have seen no one with CFB & CFMC needs a reason to have a good time!

    Look how high Chris’ foot is!

    It took me 16:21 to do this…probably because the last set of pull-ups were about 3 at a time! It’s good to be back, though. Missed nearly a week with the crud.
    16:21 with 35# (prob a little light but I was worried about finishing!) Used red/blue bands for first set of pull-ups then added purple about half way through set of 30 just so I could get more than 5 at a time…but last set was just 3-4 at a time. Glad I didn’t add them all up until AFTER we were finished.
    Sled pull is harder than it looks…especially backwards!

    15:06- 45# and RX pullups.
    My OHS felt GREAT today!! The cash out with the sled pull was awful. Me and Miranda got up to 45#…my quads were saying “ouch!”

    9:39 @ 75lbs. Felt good throughout the whole workout. The 115 sled pull brought me to my knees, literally. I can’t walk anymore.

    8:36 – 75# OHS and R/B on pullups. After done, I think I should’ve tried 85# and just the blue band for the 90 pullups. Maybe next time. Still not ready to RX quite yet.

    14:22…53# OHS, started with g & p bands, then went to g & r, then went to g, r& p. don’t ever think a pullup will ever be in my future….but ask me info care! These hands are special!!! Lol!

    First time sled pulling…..it was fun but backwards was a biatch!
