    I was exhausted when I finished but I think I shouldn’t have scaled my row quite so much. Possibly could have added some to the lift, too. (350 row, 65#, 2 45’s jump: 11:21…remember I’m old!) Thanks for the “cool down” Rachel. I need to do that more, too.

    14:24 200# dl, started with 20″ box ended with 16″ step-ups..ouch don’t think I have ever rowed that much
