For Time:
100 Back Squats (135#/95#)
Every time the bar is dropped perform 10 burpee pull-ups.

Our 6AM Class will  be cancelled due to weather.

    Rachel – Unless you can squat over 200# I would not recommend using 95# for this workout. It is very difficult.

    Neal your right. Just fun to think about. And I haven’t been in weeks. I am working toward 200# BS. Goal is to be there before the end of summer
