    i think after my 2 days of rest im cutting my last day off so i can come do this since i was still with the broke foot last time we did this one.

    whats a good number of rounds for us “average” guys??

    Jeremy dont forget about the 28 burpees we did after the workout for my birthday. I did 14 rounds but with a green band. I challenge the rest of you to do 28 burpees as well.

    Great workout today. 14 rounds with a green band and three burpees for screwing up the ladder. And excellent job on the coaching, Stephen.
