Deadlift 2 reps every 30 seconds for 5 minutes  at 75%. Add or remove weight as needed.

 

“Squat-tember”

10 burpee box jumps (24/20 RX & Scaled)

20 KBS 70/55 (55/35)

30 BS –

run 400m

10 Push Press

20 FS

30 sit ups w dumbbell (30/20)(25/15)  dumbbell touches above head and below feet

run 400m

10 ohs

20 Pull-Ups (10 Pull-Ups scaled)

30 double unders (scaled has option of 3x singles)

run 400m

 

Barbell is (135/95 RX) (95/65 Scaled) for all movements. Bar starts on the ground

    Neal, I thought the bs were hard, too. Why? It was only 65#. I remember thinking that this is gonna suck. But the push press and fs were about like normal.
