Deadlift 1 Rep Max
3 Rounds:
20 Kettlbell Swings (53#/35#)
20 Burpees
20 Goblet Squats (53#/35#)

    i see my favorite exercise. and yes im serious….BURPEES :]

    and to jacob franks. props for setting a nice time on a “Feature of Awesome” exercise. as i said today i will destroy your time this sunday

    but to everyone else i would like to see some other cool new exercises to get a spot on the leaderboard. think of something insane and do it…have some fun but mainly get a hell of a workout!!!!!

    and just in case yall forgot. usa v england sat 1230pm !!!!

    I’m going to cone watch Sunday if I can walk after the competition. I hope it’s about a 100 to give you the full effect of the workout. If you beat my time I’ll buy you a smoothie.
