    BS @ % 285 lbs. – 12:57 (RX PU’s and Du’s); 115 lbs. Would be a lot faster if I could do more PU’s and DU’s unbroken. Way too many breaks.

    thats fast cody…but is it fast enough????

    Probably not. I was the only one doing muscle ups and didn’t have a goal in mind 🙁
