70 Air Squats

60 Box Jumps

50 Push-Ups

40 Pull-Ups

30 Kettlebell Swings

20 Wall Ball

10 Burpees

    That was BRUTAL! When the 40 minutes was up I was just wrapping up the wallball…and took the option of not doing the burpees. And, NO, I’m not regretting it! (200 sgls*, 12″box*, purple band push-ups, green/purple band pull-ups, 30#kb, 10# med ball*) *these are the things I lowered from what I normally do.
    But, hey, I WORKED HARD FOR 40 MINUTES!!!

    That was um… A good WOD.. At 40 min I was on wall balls I decided to finish so my time was 44:39… I did knee push ups 6# wb, 26#kb,grn/blue band,12″box…did 200 singles and didn’t scale reps… I am already so sore!!!

    gotta love chippers. 24:29 rx wall balls killed me:[ pretty sure i did singles the whole time

    nedab super scaled and killed it. nice noon class!

    Don’t know what it was but I was tired from 1,2,3 go….just didn’t have any mo-jo today 31:00 with only 40 Du ‘s just couldn’t find the rythym

    34:19 with some scaling. Wow what a workout. Only thing that doesn’t hurt are my thumbs,hence the ability to post. Lol

    34:40- had to row instead of du’s and step-up on the boxes because of mu stupid leg! Everything else rx!! Loved loved this one!!!

    I AM PATTING MYSELF ON THE BACK TIGHT NOW!!!! 50DU’S , 90 LUNGES, 80 SIT UPS, ALL 70 AIR SQUATS, ALL 60 12″ BOX JUMPS, 50 RED BAND TOE PUSHUPS ( yes Neal my chest hit the floor with elbows locked out at the top every time 🙂 ) , 40 full chest to bar red/green band (20 unbroken first round ) PULL UPS, 30 KB SWINGS 35#, 20 WALL BALL 14# , 10 BURPEES. chest to floor hands up everyone ……. NOW HERE IS THE KICKER GUYS….. ALL THIS UNDER ….YES I SAID UNDER 30 MINS!!!! CLAYTON SAYS 29:59 I SAY 29:58 WHEN I CALLED TIME…HE’S THE AWESOME COACH SO I WILL GO WITH 29:59….EITHER WAY IT’S UNDER 30 MINS…… I FREAKING LOVE CROSSFIT!!!! BEST ADDICTION A GIRL CAN HAVE 😉

    28:23 no scaling. (but not rx) it was a tough one but i liked it! thanks neal for the butt kickin’! i needed it….12″ box, blue/purple band, 26 # kb, 300 singles, 6# wall ball (i wimped out on anything heavier at the last minute!) being in a cult can be fun!

    Ok, so it has been about three hours since I completed this workout, my arms still don’t work and now my legs are considering the same option. It was a great workout, congrats to all, lots of fun!
