A quick word on cheating; Just Don’t. The coaches are counting your reps, not everytime; but lots of times. Members count your reps too.  I’m tired of watching the same people cheating reps and hearing about the same people cheating reps (at Beaumont and Mid-County).  Don’t risk losing your integrity over a silly workout. Just do the work.
